Replace scattered tools with one system: sales funnel, proposals and PDF contracts, finance, and staff with different roles and access.
Solution
Django REST API with JWT login and per-module roles; React SPA; lead funnel with scheduled visits; proposal and contract templates with variables; packages and items; recurring expenses.
Results
In production since early development; finished and handed over to the company.
